MyDay MiSight 1 day takes the dual-focus ActivControl optical design behind MiSight 1 day's strong clinical results and builds it into CooperVision's more recent MyDay lens platform. The central optical zone still corrects distance vision clearly, while the surrounding concentric rings create the same out-of-focus signal that slows axial elongation.
The change is in the lens material itself: MyDay's silicone hydrogel construction offers very high oxygen transmission to the cornea and Aquaform wetting technology for consistent all-day comfort, an evolution of the platform rather than a change to the myopia control mechanism.
