A comprehensive examination screens for glaucoma, macular degeneration and diabetic eye disease using the same imaging technology you'd expect at a dedicated eye hospital.
Every dioptre matters. Our SightControl program combines OrthoK, myopia control contact lenses, spectacle lenses and atropine to slow progression, not just correct today's blur.
Understand what myopia actually is, why it's an eye health condition and not just blur, and how the treatment options compare, before you commit to a plan.
OrthoK (OK lens, sometimes called sleep lenses or dream lenses) reshapes your cornea overnight so you wake up seeing clearly with nothing to wear all day, or choose from a wide range of daytime contact lenses fitted to your eyes and lifestyle.
Chronic dry eye is a genuine, treatable condition. We diagnose the actual cause with proper imaging, then treat it in-clinic, not just hand you another bottle of drops.
When glasses and soft lenses stop giving clear vision, we fit RGP, hybrid and scleral lenses individually designed for your cornea, monitored over time as it changes.

Our Optos ultra-widefield scanner captures 82% of your retina in one shot, versus around 15% with traditional methods, helping us detect eye disease earlier, especially for high myopes, people with diabetes, and anyone with a family history of retinal conditions.
From runway-ready frames to the world's most advanced lens technology, we've partnered with the best names in the industry, including the myopia control and complex-vision lenses above.

Japanese lens innovation, spanning myopia control, blue-light filtering and everyday progressive lenses, engineered for how you actually live, work and play, every single day of the week.

German precision optics, delivering ultra-clear, distortion-free vision with some of the thinnest, lightest lenses available, engineered for driving, sport and everyday wear.

Japanese-made lenses known for exceptional clarity, scratch resistance and durability, trusted by independent optometrists worldwide for everyday and specialty prescriptions.
Myopia control is the proactive treatment of short-sightedness in children and teenagers, slowing eye elongation rather than simply correcting today's blur with a stronger prescription.
Regular glasses correct the symptom but do nothing to slow the underlying elongation of the eye. Left unmanaged, progressive myopia carries a real, lifelong risk: higher rates of retinal detachment, myopic maculopathy, glaucoma and cataracts later in life, and the risk climbs with every extra dioptre.
Every dioptre matters.
For every additional dioptre of myopia, the risk of myopic maculopathy increases by around 67%.
Our myopia control program is individualised for every patient: OrthoK (OK) overnight lenses, myopia management daytime contact lenses (MiSight 1 day, Abiliti 1 Day), myopia control spectacle lenses (Hoya MiyoSmart iQ, Essilor Stellest 2.0), atropine eye drops, and repeated low-level red light therapy (RLRL), used alone or in combination, aimed at slowing myopia progression by as much as possible.
We use the Zeiss IOLMaster 500 and Oculus Myopia Master to precisely monitor eye elongation over time, letting us detect changes earlier and track how well a treatment plan is actually working, rather than waiting for the next prescription check to find out.
OrthoK, also known as OK lens, sleep lenses or dream lenses, reshapes your cornea while you sleep, so you wake up seeing clearly, free from glasses and contact lenses. And for progressing children, it slows myopia at the same time.
Instead of wearing glasses or daytime contact lenses, custom-designed clear lenses are worn at night as you sleep, gently reshaping your eye surface so you wake up seeing clearly. It's suitable for adults and children, and for most prescriptions.
For kids and teenagers, OrthoK is a proven, safe and effective way to reduce the progression of myopia, while giving them the freedom to be glasses-free for school and sport.
Eyecare Concepts is one of Australia's most experienced providers of OrthoK, using fully customised 3D lens design technology. We're trusted by families from across Victoria and interstate specifically for the complex fits other clinics refer on.
If you've been reaching for lubricating drops whenever you remember, it's worth understanding what's actually going on. Dry eye is a genuine chronic condition, and proper diagnosis opens up a lot more than drops alone.
A dry eye assessment starts with an OSDI symptom questionnaire, followed by tear film analysis, meibomian gland imaging and tear break-up time testing using the Oculus Keratograph 5, to identify whether your dry eye is evaporative, aqueous-deficient, or both. Most cases come down to meibomian gland dysfunction, the oil-producing glands along your eyelids not working properly.
Keratoconus gradually thins and reshapes the cornea, and early changes are easy to miss without the right instruments. Here's how we detect it early, monitor it, and find a lens that actually works for you.
We screen and monitor corneal shape with the Oculus Pentacam, picking up the irregular astigmatism of keratoconus and other corneal conditions early, often before it's noticeable in a standard prescription check. As the cornea becomes more irregular, glasses and standard soft lenses stop giving clear, stable vision, which is where individually designed lenses come in.
A scleral lens rests entirely on the white of the eye, vaulting over the irregular cornea and holding a reservoir of saline against its surface, often the most comfortable option for advanced keratoconus and severe dry eye. Rigid gas permeable (RGP) and SynergEyes hybrid lenses, part rigid and part soft, are individually designed alternatives depending on your cornea and lifestyle.
